Essential India constitutes a team of young professionals having significant expertise in the fields of Architecture, Engineering, Business Management, Education, and the Environment.
Essential India started its journey in December 2019, in order to work towards its vision and mission. We are open to work with varied stakeholders.
Team & Process
CID Team (Client Interaction Division)
This team is the front face for the client. They are solely responsible from the beginning to the end of the project. CID team meets the client to understand their requirements and put the same in front of the advisory team. Every suggestion and recommendation given by the advisory team is noted by the CID team. Further, the CID team goes through the suggestions and provides comments, and shares them with all advisory teams to check for their opinions. After internal discussion, the final recommendation/ suggestion/ report is shared with the client. CID team visits the client or discusses over the phone to explain in detail.
AD Team (Advisory Division)
There are three dedicated advisory teams that work individually on a project or in the group (if required). For every project, suggestions from each advisory team taken at different stages. These are three advisory teams,
SD Team (Sustainability Division)
This team particularly works on energy simulation, lighting simulation, daylighting simulation, sustainable deign, climate analysis, sun path & shadow analysis, green building, green product, sustainable operation & management, energy audit and sustainability audit etc.
CD Team (Construction Division)
CD team works on sustainable construction, structural deisgn & validation, quantity estimation, bar bending schedule, building demolition, building repairs & maintennace.
ESRD Team (Education and Social Reforms Division)
Education and social reforms division works towards capacity development of students, professionals, and societies. In this, a training/workshop/awareness program is conducted on sustainable design, energy simulation software, green building, and environment awareness & cleanliness, etc.
